Nikita aims to help clients break out of the practitioner treatment cycle by improving movement capabilities, weightroom performance, and how clients feel both in and out of the gym. She uses evolving drills geared towards cueing safety in the body to optimize the body’s ability to adapt and integrate the suggested biomechanical upgrades, essentially restoring independence and freedom from any specific exercise program. Pre- and post-session assessments determine which drills are selected and allow the client to experience the benefits and potency of the program in real time, maximizing intrinsic motivation & self-agency.
Nikita is inspired by the body’s *infinite* capacity to heal and looks forward to helping clients deepen their understanding, appreciation, and connection to their bodies.
