Registered Clinical Counsellor

Kendra uses a strength-based, collaborative approach to counselling, maintaining a consistent appreciation for clients as the experts in their own life. Her skillset is helping you uncover your pre-existing strengths and repurposing them in combination with evidence based practices to support new or more proactive ways of coping with discomfort you’re experiencing and/or the change(s) you’re seeking. Haley Christensen

Registered Clinical Counsellor

In addition to being a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) Haley is also an experienced Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). With her added knowledge and experience as an RMT Haley brings a combined understanding of the body-mind connection, supporting individuals who live with anxiety, depression, life transitions and grief. She is most interested in helping others view themselves through a compassionate and curious lens which ultimately leads to understanding and room to make change possible.

Haley’s counselling style is collaborative, intuitive, and trauma-informed, drawing from modalities such as: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
