Max Arora is a Registered Massage Therapist at Geometry Integrated Health. Max provides individualized, evidence-informed massage therapy designed to reduce pain, ease tension, and support long-term well-being. Before becoming an RMT, Max spent over five years working as a certified personal trainer, coaching clients in strength training, movement, and rehabilitation. This foundation gives him a strong understanding of functional movement patterns, posture, and how everyday habits contribute to discomfort or injury. His experience as a Raynor Massage Practitioner further shaped his appreciation for the emotional and energetic dimensions of healing, which continue to influence his work today.
Max’s treatment style is integrative and adaptive. He uses a blend of myofascial release, joint mobilization, deep tissue massage, swedish massage, active manual release, and breath-guided techniques to help patients feel more at ease and more at home in their bodies. In addition to treatment, Max is passionate about providing personalized home care, including guided stretches, accessory movements, and everyday activity modifications tailored to each patient’s needs.
