Kristen Nelson

Kristen is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria. She values the importance of patient centered care, and tailoring every treatment to meet the specific needs of each individual. With an intuitive touch, Kristen integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, active techniques, stretching and joint mobilizations.
