Ryan has been a Registered Massage Therapist for 23 years, graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2002. In 2005, he founded Spruce Body Lab, a successful multi-practice clinic in Vancouver’s Yaletown, which he owned and operated until 2017. After selling the clinic, Ryan worked in physiotherapy clinics before relocating to Victoria, where he now practices at Geometry Integrated Health.
Ryan’s approach combines a thorough assessment process, active listening, and a blend of techniques including Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, joint mobilizations, and trigger point therapy. His focus is always on tailoring treatments to meet each client’s unique needs.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys hiking, skiing, fitness, cooking, and time with his husband, family, friends, and cats.
