The kinesiologist will obtain a full history related to your issue including past injuries and current health conditions, while working to identify your goals and outline a treatment plan specifically tailored to your needs. Each session will include a supervised exercise program to target your chief complaint. Whether you are looking for a gym or home-based program, with or without weights, we can help you create a safe and effective program to achieve your goals.
